Our Sokai treatment is targeted at those suffering from conditions caused by computer overuse, such as dry eyes, eye strain, headaches, neck and shoulder tension and repetitive strain injuries.

During the Sokai treatment, you will be given hydrogen gas through both the cannula and the goggles, which will improve blood circulation in the eyes and help to relieve eye fatigue, as well as relaxing the whole face and neck area.

It will also regulate the autonomic nervous system and reduce stress, leading to relaxation of the mind and body.

Treatment Duration

Each treatment can be booked for 30, 45 or 60 minutes. The hands-on therapy lasts 30 minutes in each case, after which the hydrogen inhalation continues.
