As someone who spends hours in front of a computer, I was particularly intrigued by the Computer Overuse treatment. SUHAKU has developed this 45-minute session to combat the fatigue, eye strain, and mental exhaustion that come from long periods of screen exposure. The therapy consisted of 45 minutes of hydrogen inhalation and hydrogen under goggles to target eye strain with 30 minutes of acupressure massage on my hands, shoulders, neck, and head during the session.
From the moment the treatment began, I felt an immediate sense of calm. The acupressure was deeply relaxing, and I could feel the tension in my neck and shoulders begin to melt away. As the soothing rhythm of the massage continued, I drifted into a peaceful state, even falling asleep briefly—something I didn’t expect! The gentle hum of the hydrogen inhalation device and the cooling sensation of hydrogen under the goggles created a sense of lightness around my eyes and face, relieving the strain caused by hours of screen use.
By the end of the session, I felt incredibly refreshed and calm. Not only did I leave SUHAKU with clearer, more relaxed eyes, but the overall sense of mental clarity and relaxation was remarkable. It was as if a weight had been lifted, both physically and mentally. The sluggishness and strain I had felt before the session were gone, and I could feel the effects lasting well into the evening.
